RDF From MSW - For 300 Tpd MSW Treatment

  • Input – 300 tpd (design) / 15 tph
  • Rdf produced – 8 tph
  • Compost produced – 1.5 tph
  • Project owner accepts 300 tpd unsegregated msw

The solution parts are as under:

  • Segregation sorting unit to produce rdf and compost
  • Includes shredder, dryer, segregation sorting system
  • The rdf produced can be sold as fluff or can be briquetted in a briquetting m/c (briquette produced is 5.27 tph)
  • The briquette and compost is sold by the concessionaire to appropriate third parties
  • The inerts are landfilled by the corporation
